1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide lawful, accurate, and non-misleading order information.
• Ensure customer contact details, addresses, and COD amounts are correct before submission.
• Do not submit prohibited, dangerous, or illegal goods for delivery.
• Maintain any business licenses, product permissions, or regulatory approvals required for your operations.

4. Platform Use

You may use the platform only for legitimate business operations related to order fulfillment, customer communication, and delivery coordination. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, or misuse platform data.

5. Fees and Payments

Any service fees, cash-on-delivery remittance arrangements, or settlement procedures will be governed by the commercial arrangement agreed between Loyan Logistics and the seller. Submission of an order does not waive any applicable service charge.

6. Delivery and Service Limitations

Loyan Logistics will make reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders, but delivery timing may be affected by customer availability, route constraints, force majeure events, safety considerations, or incorrect seller-provided information.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform where there is fraud, misuse, security risk, legal non-compliance, abusive conduct, or breach of these terms.

8. Data and Confidentiality

Each party must handle customer and business information responsibly and only for legitimate operational purposes. Confidential and personal data must not be disclosed except where required by law or necessary to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loyan Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, delays caused by third parties, or losses resulting from inaccurate seller or customer information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
